This project is a collection of various landscape images taken throughout Ontario. The images were composed and edited in a way to geographically challenge the location. These images consist of various landscapes in a diverse selection of locations. My objective is to present an alternative way to view the natural environment. Through out the series I included multiple perspectives with a wide range of tonal values. A sense of atmosphere and mood is created through the contrasting values and solidarity of subject matter. The surrounding forestry was edited to appear irregular distorting the perception of how we view landscapes. By using a wide-angle lens I invited the viewer into the full environment, fully composing my time spent while taking these images.
